An Inquisicon Etc taken at the Parish of St Olave in Bridge Ward London the 14th
day of January Anno Dm 1703 before me George River< no role > Coroner of the sd City on View of the
body of one Mary Harrison< no role > spinster them & there Lying dead by the Oaths of

They fynde that Charles Cluff< no role > late of London Labr on the 12th day of January in the yeare
aforesaid of the Parish of St Olave in the Ward aforesd driveing a Csrt [..] Cartd can by two
boy her [..] & [..] with Franch living the Canon Street high Way Called London Bridge & these Charles Chuffs
being them on the neare side of his horse & Leading the Fill horsewithby the head & the
sayd Mary Harrison< no role > then & there walkeing in the said street or high way & endea-
-vouring to pass between the sd Cart & Certaine Waggon which was going over the
said bridge at the same tyme & the sd Charles Clement seeing the said Mary
Harrison
< no role > nor knowing her to be seane the said Cart so it happened that or the sd
Cart passed by the sd Waggon accidentally by Misfortune & agt. the Will of the Said
Charles Cluff the Off Wheele of the said Cart did Form & squeese the body of the
Sd Mary Harrison< no role > agt. the Off Said Wheele of the Sd Waggon by which meane she
did then & there Receive such a Mortall bruise on the Lord parte of her Stomach that
She Instantly dyed thereof at the Brush of St Olave aforesd They fynde therefore that he the sd
Charles Cluff the sd Mary Harrison< no role > accidentally by Misfortune & agt his Will did kill They
fyned likwise the Sd Court & 2 bay horses to be moveing to the death of the sd Mary Harrison< no role >
& one of the Value of Fire pounds & and in the possession of Lynnen Lemon of the Parish
of Lambeth in the County of Surney or his Assigne
