The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poore of the Parish of St. Faithes London

Sheweth

That one John Wilson< no role > with Anne< no role > his wife and 2 Children being an
Inhabitants in yor. Peticoners Parish the said John Wilson< no role > haveing beene
married about 18 yeares to the said Anne his wife And by profession is a Surgcon
and of good Ability to provide for his Family Yet not with standing the said John
Wilson< no role > does refuse to provide for and mainteyne his said wife and Children
as by Law he ought to doe And hath left them to the Care of Yor. Petrs Parish
to be provided for And the said John Wilson< no role > being bound over to appear
this sessions To answer yor. Petr. Complaint

Yor. Petrs therefore most humbly pray yor Honour
& Worpps. To hear then in the Prmisses And to Order
the said John Wilson< no role > to provide for his wife and
Children as by Law he ough to doe And Free Yor. Petr
parish from the charge and Burthen thereof
