Sheweth

The humble Petticon of Richd Snelling< no role >
a poore prisonr on the Com Side of the
Fleet Prison

The Yr Peticonr hath been actually a prisoner in
the prison of the Fleet under the Custody of Willm
Weeden Ford
< no role > Esqr Keeper of the said Prison before
the first day of Janr 1709 and is Still deteyned there
at the suit of Jno Pearson< no role > Creditr for debt or damages
and not haveing where wth to mainteine himself in
the said Prison

Yor Peticonr suit therefore is that this Court
will be pleased to order the said Willm Weeden
Ford
< no role > the Keeper of the said Prison at a Certaine
day and time to bring Yor Peticonr before you
with a Coppy of the Causes of his in Prisonmt
that he may take the Oath menconed in the late
act of Parliamt made for reliefe of Poore prisonrs
for debt and that the Condit may be ordered then and
there alsoe so appeare and shew cause why the said
Richd Snelling< no role > should not he discharged and [..] he may
be discharged accordingly
