I have perosed this Indutmt and the Severall papers
which is relates to And am of opinion
that it is best to let the prossecution fall
inregard it is very doutfull whether
it will lye or not, and that if it will
yet tis too lith a matter to mgage the
Honor of the City in And further in case
the offendr Should be convicted tip next
to rectaine, that the fine will be very
inconsiderable, and will wet come to the
City. but to the King Since the Record dos
come out of the Kings Bench
