Confesseth & Saith that on ye 8th. day of June last
at night hee was Concernd. with William Spell & Thomas Gander< no role >
in breaking
open ye house of Mr. Robt. Girton< no role >
& Felloniously takeing thence about
Ninty pounds wight of Raw Silk And the Said Miller farther Saith
that on the 21th day of March last hee & Thomas Gander< no role >
& Wm. Spell< no role >

did break open one Francis Skeper< no role >
's house & Felloniously stole thence
Severall goods which were sold for £4. And ye said Miller farther
Saith yt about Aprill or may Last hee & Tho Gander< no role >

a Pson whose name is unknowne to the Said Miller broak open
a house in Southwark
& Felloniously took thence Some pewter and
Living And the Said Miller Saith that the Three Psons last
mencond. Robbe & Three Ships about February Last & ye Said Miller
& Wm. Spell broak open a house in Winfield Street
in the parish of
Stepney
& took thence Some goods of Small val being in Aprill or may last
& much about ye Same time ye Solid Miller Gander & Spell broak open
an other house in Winfield Street
aforesaid & Felloniously took
thence mens wearing Cloathes & Ten shillings in money And abt.
February Last him the Said Miller & Gander & Spell broak open&an
other house in Ratcliff high way & took thence allebaster Toyes
& other things of Litle Val.
