That yor. Peticonr: was Comitted to the Poultry Counter the
First day of June last by Sr. Robert Geffery< no role > s Warrant and
charged for offering 29s: of new mony which was too light

That yor: Peticoner is there deteined whereby She is not in a
Capacity of haveing the benefitt of the Habeas Corpus act
by makeing her prayer the First day of the Sessions she not
being in the County Goale

Therefore She humbly prayeth that she
may bee brought Forthwith to
the County Goale and also prayeth
that she may bee tryed this
Sessions or that he may bee admitted
to baile as the Law in that Case
directs And that this her prayer may
bee Recorded

And she shall ever pray
