on Oath Richard Packer< no role > saith That on ye: day of the
date hereof he had feloniously taken from his Pson
out of his Pockett a money bag hare produced with
fifteen shillings Richard Wilson< no role > Saith That he
saw John Thomas< no role > Charles Harding< no role > and Thomas Moore< no role >
Crawding about the said Packer and endeavouring (as
this Informant doth verily believe) to pick that said
Packer's pocket about the same time that the said
Packers Pockett was pick't And further saithRichd
Wilson and Francis Powell< no role > say That they saw
the aforesaid Charles Harding< no role > after he and the said
John Thomas< no role > and Thomas Moore< no role > were seized
by the Constable drop a bag of money which
said bag the abovesaid Richard Packer< no role > saith
is his bag that was pick't out of his pockett
