That yor. Peticoner was Comitted to the Goals of Newgate
the 20th: of March last by Warrt. from the Rt Honble
the Lord Majt. charged to bee guilty of High Treason
for Conspiring the Death of his Matre: and is now
remaining in the said Goale

He humbly prayeth to bee
tryed this Sessions For what
he is Charged with or that
he may bee bailed according
to the Act of Parliament
in that Case made and
