Oath saith ye last night he had in his grounds

having missed ye sd. Cattle out of ye grounds this
Morning came to Smithfeild to See for there
and in Smithfeild Market this Informt. Saw
Giles Young ye. Prisoner here present wth ye sd. four
beasts ye he had feloniously stolen from him
& ye sd. Giles Youg< no role > Owned ye sd. Cattle to be his owne
& had Sold Some of them & fartehr this Depont.oth not say
