The Informant upon oath Sayes that on the nineteenth day of June
last John Spires< no role >
& Daniell Phillipps< no role >
broke into the Dukes play house in
Dorsett garden
about two of the clock in the morning & then bound this
Informant in his bed & both of them she said Spires & Phillipps
had pistells in theire & hands & prsented them agt this Deponent Informt.
& they the said Spires & Phillips there robbed the said play house & tooke away
many of the cloaths belonging to the said paly house

away by ye abovenamed John Spires< no role >
& Daniell Phillips< no role >
out of the
Dukes play house aforesaid, an menconed in a paper now delivered &
signed by this Informant & now worth one hundred & thirty three
pounds or thereabouts

lodged
att her house in Buckeridge
street in St Giles
& that she saw the said
[..] Spires goe out the night before ye aforemenconed robbery
was comitted & that the said John Spires< no role >
wth some body wth him came in
next morning betweene Foure & Five, as this Informt. beleives she having
left the key for him & hearing how psons come in, & next [..] with
this Informt saw the said Spires & Phillips goe out together
