Who saith That on or about the beginning of
August of last past this Informant with James
Frimly< no role > Joseph Draper< no role > Thomas Okelisby< no role > John
Harris< no role > and Henry Turner< no role > did then robb A
Gentleman of A Gray Mare or Guilding [..]
nere Tiburne And did then take from him
one Guiney & Six pounds in Money & In which
the Said Turner and all the said Psons had
all their Severall Shares. And this [..] Informant
Saith That he hath known the said Henry
Turner< no role > about fower years In which-
time he this Informant has bin upon
Severall Attempts with the Said Turner
but never Gett any purchase before And
this Informant Saith That he knows
the said Henry Turner< no role > has bin in Newgate
and Alesbury Goal as on Suspicon of Sewall
Robberys but was Acquitted of them all
