Whereas Complt. hath bin this day made unto
us two of their Maties Justices of ye peace
for this City
and liberties (Quorum unus) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of ye Poor of ye Parish of St. Magnus
London
that one Mary I deliver done late wife
of Joseph
Idle< no role >
is lately come into their Parish and is likely
to become chargeable to ye same And whereas it app-
ears unto us by the Oath of the said Mary Idle< no role >
that
her last legall Settlement was in the parish
of St. Allhallows ye great
London he being a Lodger
there above fourty days before ye. statute made
in May 1685 and having no legally Settlemt.

These are therefore in their
Maties names to require you to Passe & reconvey
the said Mary sd Idle out of ye. said Parish of
St. Magnus
into ye said Parish of St. Alhallows
the great
and there leave her with the
Churchwardens and Overseers of ye poor of the
said Parish or one of them (whom we do
hereby require to receive her) to be provided
for according to Law And hereof faile not and
this Shall be your Warrt. Given undr. our hands
and Seales this 28th. day of November
1694
