The humble Peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poore of the Pish of St. Hellens London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of A Warrant under the Hands & Seales of twoe
of them Maties. Justices of the Peace wth. in the City one being
of the Quor Dorothy Scooly< no role > Singlewooman was brought to yor.
Petr. by the Churchwardens of St. Gyles wth. out Cripplegate
London to be Pvided for upon her Oath That shee was last
legally settled in their said Pish of St. Hellens As A hired
Servant wth. one Wm. Keane< no role > after the rate of £3 for the
Yeare whereas the said Dorothy continued wth. the said Wm.
Keane< no role > in the said Pish from the 4th. of May last untill the
first of June following And noe longer But then departed
thence out of the said service & parish

& Worpps. is That you wilbe pleased to heare
them all in the prmisses And to send the said
Dorothy to the Churchwardens of St. Gyles
wth. out Cripplegate from whence she came
according to Lawe
