Who Saith that this day he heard Richard Mallard< no role >
say
that he had prpard a Saw and other Tools for Mr. Ludlem
to make his escape out of Newgate
and that he went
along with him to Mr. Daniels at the two Draymen in
East Smithfield
to pvide him a lodging and coming thither
betwixt three & four [..] a Clock this morning the said Daniel
a rose & let them in, And afterwards in discourse the said
Wallace acquainted Daniel that the said Ludcome had
broke out of Newgate
And the sd Daniel replied that
it was not convenient for him to be there, for his house
would be the first that should be Searchd and would have
had them goe away in the morning, And the said Wallace
told the sd. Daniel that the sd. Ludlome was find an
hundred pounds and the sd. Ludlome answerd & said
it was two hundred pounds and Daniel askd what it
was for & Wallace answer'd it was for having a Pamphert
