This Informt. being demanded Etc Saith yt. on ye. 10th. of June
last past he this Informt. being in Company wth. one Jane
Brown< no role > als. Pretious< no role > she pretending to Shew this Informt.
ye. way to ye. water Side She first desired him whom she
perceived to be Countryman to go wth: her to an acquain-
-tance of hers in Salisbury Court to drink a pott of Ale
& yt. then she would Shew him ye. way to ye. water
side, wch. this Informt. did do; & this informt. saith further
yt. at ye. same time he had in his Pockett ye. Sume of
four pounds Seventeen Shill & yt. ye sd Jane Brown< no role >
als Pretious did make an execuse to go from him
pretending to Come again imediately, there being at
ye same time are other Pson in Company besides
them two but she Came no more & imediately he
missed ye sd money. And therefore this Informt. [..]
doth upon Oath declare & assert yt. ye. sd Jane Brown< no role >
als. Pretious did Secretly & felloniously take ye. sd
money from his Psons, being as aforesd in a bag,
in his Pockett & further he Saith not.
