The Informacon of John Spark< no role > Servt : to [..] mas-
Hamond
< no role > of the Parish of St: Lawrence in the Ward
of Cripple Gate within London touching the Death of
Francis Griffith< no role > Saith

That on a fryday abot: a month since between Six
and Seaven of the Clock in the Evening the decd Frances
Griffith Seeing a Calenders horse Lead by, with a
broomstick wch. he then had struck the horse, whereupon
anotherone Thomas James< no role > [..] calld the sd Francis he
was an un Lucky rogue, or to yt Effect, whereupon the
decd calld the sd James Sundry ill names, after
wch. the sd James came into the Shopp and pulld the
sd Griffith by the Eares, and went away out of the Shop
whereupon the Decd took a Broomstick and flung at
The sd James, James thereupon took up the Stick
and run into Mr Hamonds Shop after him, and as Griffith
was runing an Staires the sd James flung the sd broomstick
after him and hit [..] ye head as this Informt. beleives whereupon the sd Frances Griffith< no role > fell down
Staires and Seem'd to this Informt: as if he had been dead
upon wch. the sd James went to him and carryed him up
Staires, And a Surgeons man ye Prsently coming to his Assistance
set his neck wch. this Informt. thought by ye fall was
dislocated or broker, And saith that from that since to
this morning he Languishd of the hurt to then recd, and
Dyed this morning between fire and Six of the Clock
