did on the eightenth of this Instant January walke with Mr. Wills
the Psecuter in the Inner Temple for the space of halfe an houses
and this Depont. further smith that he this Depont. haveing discource
with the said Mr. Willis of Mr. Battishell the Defondant the said Mr.
Willie said to this Depont. that hee was very well of his would onely
his shoulder was a little sliff, and that hee heard they ware a gotting
him out but that hee the said Willis would charge the said Beattishell
with an accon of one hundred pounds or words to this effect
And this Depont. further smith that [..] the said Mr. Willis
seemed to this Depont. to bee very well
