The Examinacon of Richard Starr< no role > of
the Pish of St. Sepulchers London heald Paynter
taken ye 23th. day of November Anno
Dom 1692

This Examinant sayes, that hee has lodged
in the house where he was apprehended for a
bout a fortnight, that he has knowne
Elizabeth Osborne< no role > for a twelve months, hee
sayes that he has beene in Newgate , but it
was for buying of a Razer, now that was on Rights he sayes he knowne
nothing of the Robbery for which he is Changed
but sayes he has see he, steevens have one of
the swords, and that ye P two Chisselle which
were in his lodgings steevens oned them to be
his, but on to ye Pistolls he beleived it to be
the masters of the houses where this Examt.
Ledger. hee Sayes that hee was at sea this sumer
and since he came home has followed his trade
And further sayes that hee was acquainted
Will. Ellis< no role > when he was in Newgate , but
not before, And further sayes not
