These Informants say That about the
Thirteenth day of the last Month in the
Morneing this Informts. house was broken
open and tprent was Fellouiousely and
Burylary stolne severall Goods of this Informt.
to the vallue of £160. And these Informt. say
they haveing suspition, of the prisoner, Mary
Nick Holland als would Richard Ellis< no role > they by vertue of
a Warrant Assisted by a Constable, did Barth
theire Lodgings and therin did finde severall
of the Goods which these Informt. left, to wit
Gause; Robbin, and Musslin, and other thing
which these Informt. doe believe, to be there
And these Informt. say that they founde the
said Mary Nicholas< no role > andKatherine Richard Ellis< no role > in bedd
togeather this morneing, and that there was found
in the Custody of the said Ellis a Chissell, which
the said Ellis did owne to be hee, And these Informt
doe beleive the said Mary Reckles and Richard
Ellis
< no role > were Concerned in the said Robbery
