These are to Certifie whome it may Concerne That
on the 28th day of February last past one Richard
Smith< no role > and William Scott< no role > were brought before me
by Joseph Hicks< no role > , and accused by Mr Upton Merch
and Robert Simnet< no role > his Coachman for A Robbery &
Burglary in the house of the said Mr Upton, And
thereupon the said Richard Smith< no role > and William
Scott< no role > were by me Comitted to New gate, And at the
next Gaole Delivery held, for the City of London they
were severally Condemned for the said Robbory and
Burglary and afterwards were executed for the same fact
Witnes my hand this 26th day of Septembr Anno
