Who being upon Oath Severally say and first
the said Joseph Cooper< no role >
for himself says that on
Wednesday the 25th day of March last Four Pigs were
feloniously stolen in his Yard in Tothill Fields
That one was a White Pig and one a Sandy Spotted
one and two black and white Spotted Pigs And
the said Joseph Gentleman for himself says that
on Wednesday last was a Week about Nine o'Clock in
the Evening as this Informant was going through
Dean Street
Westminster
towards Tothill Fields
he passed the Person now present who calls himself
Benjamin Rutland< no role >
That as soon as he had passed
said Rutland he met the Person now present who
calls himself Thomas Eatsell and another Person
driving three Pigs That said Rutland called out
halloo Tom that either Eatsill or his Companion Said
which way shall we go That Rutland said this
way and the said Ralph Jolly< no role >
for himself says
that on Wednesday Evening the 25th. of March last
about Nine o'Clock the said Rutland came to this
Informants Shop in Clare Market
and asked this
