Joseph Pocock< no role > the above named Defendant and Henry Moore< no role >
of Union Court Holborn in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
severally make Oath as follows And first this Deponent Joseph
Pocock
< no role > for himself Saith that James Richardson< no role > of Brempton
Row near Knightsbridge in the County of Middlesex Engraver
is a necessary and material Witness for him this Deponent upon
the Tryal of the several Indictments that are against him and
without whose Testimony he is advised and believes he cannot
with safety procced to the Tryal of the same this Deponent did
therefore came the annexed Subpena to be issued out and gave
directions to Henry Moore< no role > the other Deponent to serve a
Copy thereof upon the above named James Richardson< no role > And this
Deponent Henry Moore< no role > for himself Saith that he did on
Thursday the nineteenth day of February instant pursuant to
the directions given him by Joseph Pocock< no role > the other Deponent go to
the Lodging of Mr James Richardson< no role > , No. 6 Brompton Row near
Knightsbridge Engraver in order to have served him with a
Copy of the Sunpena hereunto annexed when and where he
was informed by a Gentleman who said she kept the said
House that the said James Richardson< no role > had received an account
from Yorkshire , but the exact place she did not know, of a
Relation of his having lately died there, part of whose Effects
he apprehended himself entitled to and had left Town to go there
about a Week before that time & that previous to the said James
