being Sworn saith That about
a Fortnight since the deponent and the
deceased being in a Publick House in
Shadwell one William Myatt< no role >
came
into such House and insisted upon the
deceased Fighting him which he
the deced wished to Decline as he
had not been long out of the Hospital
and after much Altercation it was
Agreed they should Fight on Monday
the 16th. instant that the deceased
endeavoured to avoid Fighting as
much as possible but was Compelled
thereto by the other threatening to Beat
him wherever he might meet
