Alehouse, that the next morning they break fasted together, at said house,
and that after Break fast [..] he saw said Partington Pack up his boxes, and that
he Should know said boxes again that in the Evening about six
O'Clock on said day at the request of said Partington he called a Coach
from Bond Street near to Bruton Street that he got into said Coach
and Directed the Coachman to drive him to the said two Chairman
Alehouse, that after [..] waiting there some time, said Partington
and this Informant out two boxes one of which was Painted
blue into said Coach and then Proceeded from thence in the
Coach to the Axe Inn Aldermanbury , [..] where said two Boxes
were delivered, and ordered to be sent to Liverpool by the
Liverpool Waggon; that said Partington received a Card from
the Person, who booked said boxes, and that he verily believes
the Card now Produced, to be the same said Partington received
and that the same Evening he saw said Partington taken up by
the Liverpool Mail Coach in Barbican, And further says that
he verily believes the Ring now produced to be one of the Rings
that were Stolen in said Alderman Anderson house.

The further Information of the said Edward Lassitter< no role >
taken on Oath before me this 22nd. October 1789.

Who being on Oath says that he Recollects being at the two Chairman
Alehouse aforesaid with John Partington< no role > and John Cave< no role > now Present in the Evening of
Monday the 21st. September last Playing at Cards, which Place they left about half
an hour past six O'Clock in Ordered to go and Commit the said Robbery that said John
Partington
< no role > Took with him a Plumbers Hammer, And that after they had Committed
the Robbery, said Partington in the Hay loft in Pulling [..] an Ink Sland out
of his Pocket said tha the Ink had run out of the Sland into his Pocket and
that said Partington then Emptyed the Remainder of the Ink upon the Hay
