for herself says that last night about a quarter Past eight
O' Clock at the top of Oxford road
she and the said Sarah Harris< no role >
being
then in company to gether were Accosted by the said James Webb< no role >
and the Prisoner now Present Who calls himself Joseph Webb< no role >
that
they asked this Informant and said Sarah Harris< no role >
to go along
with them Which they agreed to and then went into Hyde
Park
that they then Divided Themselves this Informant & the said

being together and the said Sarah Harris< no role >

being some Distance off that this Informant Requested

would give her one Shilling before she Would
Permit him to have any Connection with her Which he Refused
to do that upon her Persishing in her demand he Knocked
her down Knecled upon her Stomach and asked her if she had
got any Money that she told him she had not any upon Which
he drew a Knife and said he Would Murder her if she did not

took out of her Pocket Four Shilling in Silver and a pocket Handkerchief and then ran
away that during this transaction she cryed out Murder
