taken or Oath before me this 27th. day of
October 1789.
Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
James Wardlow< no role >
for himself says, that on Thursday the 22nd. instant
he was at work in the Farriers Shop belonging to the first
Troop of Life Guards in Portman Street at which time the
said Kennedy O Brien, and the prisoner now present who calls
himself John Heane were also there and at work [..] that said John Heane< no role >
was Shoeing a Gelding the property of the Majesty which
Gelding the said John Heane violently Struck with [..]
a stick and there with [..] bust the off Eye of said
Golding And the said Kennedy O'Brien< no role >
for himself says
that he was also present at this time and saw the above
transaction
