for Felony vizt.
Steeling a Saddle the
Profit. of said Thos. Dall< no role >

Thomas Dall< no role > of Chriswell Street Moor field
in the said County stable keeper Makett Oath
and saith that the Prisoner above named came
to live as Helper to this Deponent about Six Weeks
ago and Staid in this Deponent Service about three
Weeks when he left the sameThat the day
after the said pair her had left this Deponent
Service he missed a Saddle one of his Stables,
and afterwards caused the said John Williams< no role >
to be apperhended on his [..] there ofAnd
this Deponent saith that having apprehended
the said John Williams< no role > be was bray it before
John Spitter< no role > Esquire one of this Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the said County, who committed
the said John Williams< no role > , on Suspicion in order
for his Trial but that the said Saddle this
Deponent so missed was never found, and also
turn over this Deponent to prosecute the said
John Williams< no role > . And the Deponent further
saith that he Preferred his Bile of Indictment
against the said Prisoner of that the Grand
Jury for end the same and that this Deponent
attended this Honourable Court the whole
day of Yesterday in order to prosecute the
said prisoner, but having very urgent himself
in the Hays Market this Morning this Deponent
