The Information of George Archer< no role >
takenandbefore me one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he is
Master of the good ShipSwornSwallow that on
Thursday theThirteenthThirty first of January
last he went to the House of a person
now present who calls he self Elizabeth
Petter
< no role > in Spring Street Shadwell that when
he went into the said House he had
Twelve Guineas in Gold that he spent
with the said Elizabeth Potter< no role > near One
Guinea and the other Eleven Guineas
he took from his Breeches Pocket and
put into his Coat Pocket and he and the
said Elizabeth Potter< no role > went to bed together
for about half an hour when she got
up and went out of doors and this Inft.
got up when upon putting on his Clothes
and fuling in his pocket he found that
Three Guineas out of Eleven Guineas which
he had put there had been feloniously taken
and Carried away from his person And this
Informt. upon his Oath declares her is positive
that no other person but the said Elizabeth
Potter
< no role > coud be guilty of the said Felony he
having been in no other Company
