This 27th: day of Octr 1788 Before us Two of High Majesties Justices of the
peace in and for the seed County who being on Oath say And first the

on his Oath saith on Saturday last between
the hours of one and Two as he was in the Last Room of the said Wm
Moody he was robbed of Three Shillings in Silver taken out of his
[..] waistcoat pocket by the person present who saith his name

which he did - as did the two Prisoner who returned in about

a bad Act They threatned him - And that Moody on hearing
they had robbed Smith said if he this Informant would Swear
to the Smith he would go with him to a Justice and have them
secured -

the hour of one he heard a Noise went into the tap Room when

told him the Two men he had been drinking with had Robbed him
of three Shillings and six pence and some Coppers That Smith being
in liquor and no person corrobarating what he said he desired him to go
