Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
Jane Braddyll< no role >
[..] for herself saith That between the
twentieth day of September last and the twentieth
day of December last the Brilliant Diamond Ring
now produced, she verily believes was feloniously
stolen in her Dressing Room in Brutow Street
in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
and further Says she is very sure that the said
Brilliant Diamond Ring in her Property, and which
said Ring she this Informant received on Tuesday
Night last from the Prisoner now present who calls
himself John Fuller< no role >
And the said Frederick
Shirley< no role >
for himself saith that on Tuesday Night last
by the direction of said Mrs. Braadyll, he went with
the Prisoner Fuller to said Fullers Lodgings in
Silver Street Golden Square
, where, they saw said
Fullers Wife, who, upon their entering the Room
seemed much Surprized and agitated. That said
Fuller took up and Instrument of same kind, and
went one of the Room leaving him Wife and this
Informant alone. That after staying about a Minute
he returned with the Diamond Ring now Produced
in his Hand. That this Informant upon seeing the
Ring immediately recollected it to be his Mistresses,
but fearing that he might not get the Ring away
with safety, as well as said Fuller, he denied
