the Deponent saw that the said James
been was out of His James He took no
further notice of it Since which time
He his often seen James Case< no role > take a Stick
end a peice of behum & then say the [..]
her well repaired The said James cese< no role >
has since His Return from the Hospital
always, appear'd £ Have a Settled Metion why
but being quiet was look'd upon is a harmless
Creature And this Deponent saith that he
would have Appear'd Yesterday at the Old
Bailey but he was not in London till
last 2 OClock in the afternoon & did act
know of the Trial:
