Deponent also upon her Oath
further saith the sd That he did not
Appear to be Intoxicated with Liquor
and had not the least Appearance
of Insanity upon him

instant about Eleven o Clock he being
then the Officer of the night was
called from the Watch House and

that these had been a Murder
Committed and upon going down
Vinegar Yard to Her Apartments he
