Yesterday Morning about eleven's o'Clock as he was working in a
Hay Fields at Handen his Master came to him and informed him
of the Robbery and directed him to pursue the Robbers which he
immediately did and found the four Prisonous asleep in a Fields
That he found the Gun now produced by this Information under the
Flap of the said Gregory's Coat That with the Assistance of William
Collin
< no role > John Reynolds< no role > Samuel Pellard< no role > and George Gibbs< no role >
now present he Secured them And the Said Richard Lovell< no role >
for himself Says that after the Prisoners were Secured he went
to Search the Hedges and Ditches for the things Stolen in Seabrook
House and in a Ditch close to the Road Side at the Bottom of
Hywood Hill< no role > he found the bundle of things Stolen in Seabrooks
loose with the green Skirt upon them vizt. Three Lewin Gewas
one Apron, one Handkerchief and a Green Skirt And the said
Martha Seabrook for herself Says that the three Gowns the
Apron Handkerchief and Green Skirt now produced by said
Lovell She is very Sure are the property of Thomas Seabrook< no role >
her Father in Law and were in his House Yesterday Morning
And the Said George Wood< no role > for himself Says that the Matches
in the Ribbon now produced he found either on the Persons of
Everard or on the Person of Bolton but believes it was on
the Person of Everard.
