stairs to get it and when he Returned he Enquired
for the said Girl but coud get no account
where she was or who she were that then he
went and got a Watchman
who went with
him to the said House where he had been
Robbed as aforesaid upon seeing of whom
the persons belonging to the said House
produced the Girl now present but insisted
that if he this Informant did charge her
with the felony that the said Girl shoud
Charge him also and they shoud both go
to the Watchhouse together upon which
he then declined as not liking to be there
all night But this Informant further
upon his Oath declares that he is positive
to the person of the said Elizabeth Lloyd< no role >
as to her committing the said felony upon
him as he was in no other Company
during that period of time
