from times aforesaid
and this Informant William Pawson< no role >
for himself saith that about Ten
oClock last Night he was stometing at
the Corner of Blackmore Street and
observed the person now present who
calls himself George Brace< no role > pnsh with
Violence against the other Informant
William Fleming< no role > and immediately
after heard the said William Flenny< no role >
call out Stop thief I have lost my Watch and immediately
pursued The person now present who
calls himself Benjamin Mc. Cowl< no role > and
in attempting to secure him he
endeavoured to knock him down when this
Informant Seized hold of him by the
Cellar threw him down and while
the said Benjamin Mc. Cowl was on
the Ground the person now present
who calls himself George Brace< no role > came
to this Informant and as he supposed
to his Assistance when he saw the
Said Benjamin Mc. Cowl give the
send George Brace< no role > a Silver Watch
upon which this Informant called
out Stop thief and he was secured
and this Informant William Johnson< no role >
