The Information of John Cunningham< no role >
and Elizabeth Royston< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say and
first this Informant John Cunningham< no role >
for himself that on Tuesday Night last
he went to the house of the person now
present who calls herself Ann< no role > wife of
John Mc Dennott< no role > in Newtoners Lane in
the parish of Saint Giles in the fields in
the said County that when went into the
said house he had in his Breeches
Pocket eight Guineas in Gold and that
soon after he had been in the said he fell
asleep and when he awoke he [..]
missed from his Pocket Six Guineas
in Gold which had been feloniously
Stolen taken and carried away
and this Informant Elizabeth Roystone< no role >
for herself saith the she lodged in the
house of the person now present who
calls herself Ann Mc. Dennott that
about Six o Clock on Tuesday last he
went into the Apartment of the said
Ann Mc. Dennott to ask for a Bonnett
