Muslin he doth verily believe to be he his property and to have been

said Proce of Irish Cloth, three Table Cloths, Remnant of long lawn
eleven silk Handkerchiefs five Muslin Handkerchief and pair of
silk stockings, he on Wednesday last, found in a Box in the Lodging
Room of the said Henry Asser< no role > , in the House of the said Joseph Earle< no role >
Johthe said John Atkins< no role > for himself saith that he in Company
with the said Joseph Earle< no role > Yesterday found the Box now produced
containing the various Articles now produced of in the Lodging of
the said William Heath< no role > And the said Mary Heath< no role > for herself saith
that about ten days ago the said Henry Asses< no role > brought to the Lodgings
of the said William Heath< no role > (her Husband) the box now produced
containing a part of the Goods now produced, and on the Sunday
following he brought an Handkerchief, containing as she believes
new stockings and Handkerchiefs which he put into said Box.
that when said Asser left said Box with the Goods he observed
that he had bought them in the City of an old Shop Keeper and
as he intended to keep a Shop he requested her to look out for
one in that Nighbourhood
