Who upon her oath saith that she saw James Bixby< no role > and Thos Joyce< no role >
frequently at her Master Mr. Poole house on thursday Evening last
about 9 o Clock at Night and that she saw Thos: Knight< no role > with them and
that James Bixbey< no role > look at the Clock and said it is near 9 o Clock
let us go and they did go away [..] and she saw themand she did not see Either of themthat Night after
Thos: Ford< no role > was Robbed but they did not stay in house above

William Beldom< no role > on his oath saith he saw James Bixby< no role > and
Thos Joyce< no role > at the Crown Ale house in Cow Cross on thursday
last about three Quarter after 8 o Clock in the Evening that
the maid servant called to him and saidtheher Masters house
was Robbed and that he went into Mr: Ford house and found
the window of the one pair of Staires backward Open that
he leaned out of the window and took up a piece of Cloath
about 2 or 3 Yards. of the tyles and he gave it to the servant
maid and that he heard Timothy Butt< no role > ask James Bixsby< no role >
to drink a Glass of Gin about [..] after 8 o Clock James Bixby< no role > said he would not
have any Gin for you know what is What and that he
hath frequently (almost everyday) seen Thos: Knight< no role > James
Bixsby< no role > and Thos Joyce< no role > together
