he was fearful of going any further that upon
his return up the Buildings he found the deceased
Duncan Robertson< no role > in the Shop of a Patten maker
the Corner of Smarts Buildings and was bleeding
very much from his deft Shoulder wrist and
Arm and also his face which wounds he had
as this Deponent verily believes received from
the said Michael Walker< no role > and his Accomplice
of which Wounds the said Duncan Robertson< no role >
languished until monday the twentieth of
November instant and then died.
