The Information of Edmond Warmer< no role > , Ann Mc.
Donald
< no role > John Ford< no role > Ann Dyer< no role > and John Taylor< no role >
taken before me this 26 Day of October 1786 .

Who being on Oath say and first Edmond Warmer for
Himself says that He is a Previnct in the Twenty Second Regimt
of Foot that last Night about Seven oClock He went to the Sign
of the Three Tulips in Orchard Street that the had a pair of Bagg
containing a Shirt a Waistcoat pain of Stockings a pair of
Trowens a Jackett and a Smock Frock which He put under a
Table in the Tap Room that about Eight oClock He left the said Bagg
as aforesaid and went into the Kitchen of the said House to Supper
that Her returned in about Half an Hour into the said Taproom
and Missed his said Baggs that at the time He put them under
the said table a Soldier now present who calls himself George
Clements
< no role > was drinking with a Woman in the said Tap Room
and this Informant further says that the Baygs and Contents
now produced are his property

Ann McDonald< no role > for Herself says that She keeps the Three
Sulips in Orchard Street that last Night between the Hours
of Eight Nine the aforesaid Edmond Women asked Her if
She had his Baggs which He had put under the Tap Room table
while He had been at Supper that She Searched for the said Bag
but not finding them She Suspected a Soldier now present who
calls Himself George Clements< no role > and a Woman who had sat
together in the said Tap Room and Who were the only Person
who had gone out since the said Baggs were put under the
Table that this Informant knowing the said Woman went
immediately to her Appartments who informed Her that
the aforesaid Soldier lived on Duck Lame and that She son
Him take two Baggs from under a table in the Tap Room of
this Informant which He said Contained Cloaths He had
brought off Party that this Informant went to the Lodging
of the said Soldier where He was on the Bed and where
this Inft. formed the said Baggs now produced

John Ford< no role > for Himself says that He is a Revmiting Coporal
in the 22d Reepment of Foot that He and Edward Warmer< no role >
who He had Enlisted went to the House of the said Mrs. Mr.
Donald last Night between the Hours of Seven and Eight
that the said Edward Warmer< no role > had a pair of Baggs with Him
when they went into the said House that some little time
after the said Baggs were Stolen, this Inft went with the
said Mrs Mr Donald to the Appartments of Ann Dyer< no role > who
said She saw the said Soldier taken them from under the
table in the said tap Room that He told her they were his
