Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Thomas Holmes< no role >
says that about nine o' Clock on Monday night the twenty ninth of
May last, he this Informant in Company with the said John Ellis< no role >
,
was attacked in the Green Park
was attackedby three Footpads
who were armed with a brace of Pistolsthat one of said
foodpads, seized him by the Collar presented one of said Pistols
to his face and demand his Moneythat Informant refused
to deliver the same, when a struggle ensuedthat one of them
attempted to fire his Pistol, but it missing Fire this Informant
endeavoured to Seize the Pistol and in so doing they both came to the Ground
togetherthat one of said Footpads beat and bruised him
very much with a Pistol and another of them took the Silver Watch now
produced, makers Name John Stevens< no role >

, one Guinea one
Shilling & a six pence from himthat he is very sure that a
person now present who calls himself James Gall< no role >
is the person
that sized him by the Collar, presented the Pistol to him, demanded
his Money and with whom he struggled, and fell as aforesaidand f [..]
[..] And further says that he is very sure the said Gall is the
person that took the Hat now produced from him when he was
endeavouring to get up and runningaway from him, and
left the other Hat now produced by Charles Jealous< no role >
in its stead

says that he was at this time in Company
