The Information of Alice Marris< no role > and Thomas
Crosby
< no role > taken before me this 23rd. day of
December 1785

Who being upon Oath says and first said Alice Morris< no role >
says that on Wednesday last was sevenight three Gowns two
Petticoats three Muslin Aprons a white Cloak and a Hat
[..] were stolen in her Lodgings in the House of
James Dunworth< no role > in Denzel Court Denzel Street Clare
Market The said Thomas Crosby< no role > says that by the direction
of a person now present who calls himself John Holmes< no role >
he last Night found in the [..] Lodgings of the said John Holmes< no role >
in the House of Mr. Sparrow in Cold Bath Square one Hat
and one silk Petticoat now producedthat he also found
in the House of Mrs. Heath in Great Shire Lane near
Temple Bar two Gowns one [..] Petticoat three Muslin
Aprons one Cloak and one Handkerchief now produced
And the said Alice Morris< no role > further says that the said Hat
silkPetticoatsGownsMuslin Aprons, Cloak and Handker-
chief are her property and were stolen from her as
aforesaid
