Head near Kew Bridge Saith That on
Tuesday Evening about five o'Clock the
Deceased and James Leck< no role > Came to
Informant HouseThe Deceased
was riding in his Cart and Leck was
Walking behind itThat the
Deceased was in Liquor But Leck
sound soberThat the Deceased
Ordered a Pint of Beer and he and
Leck Drank itThat then Informt.
went into Tap Rooms
That the Deceased Paid for the Pint
of BeerThat the Tap Room fronts
the RoadThat they seem'd wrangling
when Informant went inLeck said
That they Came on Purpose to Drink
together and make it upBut the
Deceased seemed ann willing to Pay for th [..]
At last he paid for it freely
That they had some words after
Informant went in But what they were
Informant cannot SayInformant
saw Leck give the Deceased a little thick
on his face with his open hand
That the Deceased did not then fall
