Informations of Witness severally Taken and
acknowledged the Twenty Second day of October
in the Twenty fifth Year of the Reign of Own
Soverign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc. At the House of William Mead< no role > known
by the Name of the Three Kings in the Parish
of Twickenham in the said Country of Middlesex
before Thomas Phillips< no role > One of the Coroners
of Our said Lord the King for the said Country
an view of the Body of Francis Aldous< no role >
then and there lying Dead as follow (to wit)

John Hankins Lowe< no role > of George Street York
Buildings Gentleman saith That last Tuesday
about six in the Evening Informant was
riding along the road near the Kings head
in the Breatford road not far from Kew
Bridge and he saw a Man (whose Name he
both Since heard was James Leck< no role > or James
Seck
< no role > of Turnham Green ) Strike the
Deceased several times with his First
Once on the Head (but cannot Tell on which
side) And several times on his Body
That the Man said nothing when he did is
And the Deceased did not Speak a Word
Informant Asked the Man why he did
so And he said That the Deceased had
Challenged himThat the Deceased
All to the Ground and was very much
in LiquorThat the last Slow the
