I having received a Summons to
attend this Honourable Court to show
Cause why I did not attend as a Juror
in April Sessions lastin Obedience to
the said Order I do now attend this
Honourable Court and do declare upon
Oath that I never did receive a Summons
to attend at that Sessions as a Juror
neither by myself Wife or Servant
