The said John Tucker< no role > [..]
is a Servant to Mr: John [..] chi [..]
Draper That about the hour of 2. oClock this [..]
Woman who says her Name is Mary Broo [..] young
into his said Masters Shop and under pretence of
burying some Goods feloniously Took from off the
Counter in the Shop a Piece of printed Cotton about Ten
Yards and concealed the same That he then went for a
Peace Officer and had her taken into Custody when
the Constable found the property upon her

The said Edward Lucas< no role > upon his Oat [..]
Saith That he is a Constable That [..]
of 2. oClock this day he was sent for [..]
named Mr. Mackies house and took
Mary Brookes< no role > on suspicion of felony [..]
Searching her he found the piece of Cotton
concealed under her petty coats. He therefore
her before the Sitting Justices at the public [..]
