out he this Informant also went out to The Red
Lion near Adjoining to his said Masters House
where he Stopped about half an Hour and
then went home and Stirred the firethenand, went
out again and Locked the door saith that he
again went to the sign of the Red Lionsaiththat
the Hostler, there wanting a Pen and Ink he this Informant
went home to get onesaith and onwhen he found
his Masters Kitchen door open and on going
in he saw the Parlour Door Wide open and the Person
now Present who says his Name is James
Keywood
< no role > and another Person therein that the
said James Keywood< no role > had a Lan thorn in
his hand which he immediately Darkened
[..] Saith that he this Informant ran out
of the House and Alarmed the People in
the Yard and at the Inn Saith that having
got Assistance he sawthethe said James
Keywood running up [..] the Yard towards
the Back Gate where he was Apprehended
also Saith that he saw the said James Keywood
drop the Bowl of the Silver Pass Spoon now
Produced from out of his Waistcoat Pocket
which he this Informant immediately
picked up and also Saith that next morning he
found the Handle Part of the said Spoon
in a Water Tub near to where the Prisoner
