Who being upon Oath saith that on the
Thirteenth of December last between Eight
and nine oClock at Night he was attacked
in the Back Lane
in the parish of Saint
George Middx
by Six or Seven Persons Twooneof
whom is now present and calls themselveshimself

who knocked him down and
by force and Violence feloniously took
and Carried away from his person Twelve
pence in Copper and Linen cloth and a member of mutton
pies of the value of Two Shillings and
Six pence the monies and property of the
said John Briant Cecil< no role >
And this Informt.
further upon his Oath declares that the said
John Oliver< no role >
and John Johnston< no role >
are twous oneof the persons who feloniously
Assaulted and robbed him in the manner
abovementioned and of the property above
described
