papers, I therefore by his Anections came to his
house & Copied the same and Burnt it; and the
Supposed Instns. & the Copy of Mr Santells Wile in
favor of Slack being also not it on the Rect. assd.
to Deliver I made a Fresh Copy of Both and such
fresh Copies went into the Comons, the Insters being
very bad I burnt; But the Copy absolutely taken
from the Original will I kept & is now in Mr. Actons
hosson a Speciman of Which hbove related fact
must be seen on such Copy

gave to day to Mr. Whitel and; is a Nenhs I
can recollect (some little Errors may be therein) in
nearbya State of the facts, is to the Supposed
