Middlesex to wit

The Information of Adam Hamilton< no role > and
William Pratt< no role > taken on Oath the Twenty fifth day,
of June 1784 before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex .

This Informant Adam Hamilton< no role > Saith that on the [..]
Twenty third day of June Instant early in the morning his Dwelling
house at Enfiled Highway in the Parish of Enfield in the County
of Middlesex was Burglariously broke open and feloniously
stolen taken and carried away therefromOne Large pair of
Silver Shoe Buckles,
Seventeen silver Teaspoons and some
Linnen and one Horse Pistol the property of this Informant
and further Saith thata Pair of Silver Shoe Buckles, and
one Horse Pistol now produced is the property of this
Informant and is part of the property so feloniously stolen
taken and carried away from this Informant as aforesaid.

This Informant William Pratt< no role > Saith that he is a
Servant to Adam Hamilton< no role > of Enfield Highway in the
Parish of Enfield in the County of Middlesex And Saith that
on Wednesday morning the Twenty third day of June Instant
between the hours of One and two O'Clock in the Morning he
was then in bed in his Masters house, and being then
awake he heard some Person at the door and looking
towards the doorthhe saw William Holmes< no role > the
Prisoner now under Examination come in at the door
with a Candle in his hand lighter, and one other Man
with him, And this Informant further Saith that
on seeing two men come into the room he was very much
surprized and lay still, fearing he might have been
used ill by them, accordingly they both went out of
the room,accordinglyas soon as they had left the
Room, he this Informant got out of his Bed to Watch
them and saw them very Busy doing Something in
the Bar and pulling out the drawers there, and
further Saith that he made an immediate alarm
of thieves and that Benjamin Hamilton< no role > , Joseph
